How do I measure the influence of my monitoring over a particular month? In the filter of Relationship tab, can you only filter on a scale of days (15, 30 etc.)?
At the present, the automatic option for users to measure the influence on the Relationship tab is limited. Thus, it is only possible to measure it using a parameter based on days. The solution is to make a monthly export in CSV and build a database. So if you need to identify the influencers of a specific period, you will have registration filed and will not take the risk of being without the information.

I would like to close some searches, since some projects were completed. If I do it, I will also lose the reports of these searches?
You can stop a search and keep the historical, ensuring the visualization of the reports. In this case, you should pause the searches of the monitoring, which stops to collect, but ensures the storage of everything that was collected for up to 2 years. If you delete a search or even eliminate the monitoring, the historical will be deleted from our database and you cannot recover the data.

What is the limit of comments that Scup collects on a wall on Facebook?
Scup monitors all the comments of the last 50 posts from a wall. If a user comments on any post that is not among the 50 recent posts from that wall, Scup will not collect the comment. Because of this limitation imposed by Facebook, the only way to verify, which comments were made on the posts that are not among the last 50 ones, they are directly on the wall.

How to monitor a specific blog by Scup?
You can monitor a specific blog by feed. Enter: Settings> Searches> Add new Search>WordPress or RSS> Include URL from the feed. Most blogs present the icon of signature from RSS in the spotlight, but some interfaces only bring the field “Sign up” with no graphic representation at the bottom. When you do a search on Scup on WordPress, information as visualization and users that mention the BLOG the most are available on the relationship tab.

What is the difference between pause and delete a search?

How do the connected integrations to Scup work?

Besides, Scup shortener, you can integrate Google shortener (goo.gl) and bit.ly in the monitoring and enjoy the results that they offer.

How does the collection of comments of publications from Facebook work?
The indexing of the comments on the collected items in the searches on Facebook uses as a basis the last 50 posts. In other words, a collected publication by Scup will index the comments while they are among the first 50 ones in this search. After that, the indexing of the comments will not be updated. We are temporarily increasing that number in the experimental stage, for the last 100 posts, but we cannot guarantee that will always remain so. Scup depends on the results provided by Facebook API to index the comments on the collection.

I need an annual report with the total number of publications and retweets, but my monitoring was recently registered. Is there any way to get this data?
It is not possible to collect retroactive items. To be able to measure the total number of publications, retweets, and generate an annual report, the monitoring must have been running since the beginning of the year. There is a limitation from Twitter relate to API historical data storage, channel where the search of Twitter works. The retroactive result on Twitter is quite low – in general, up to 1500 publications from the last 7 days – and should not be considered as baseline and monitoring.

There is a Twitter profile that has the same name of my brand. Can I block the publications of this profile by using a rule?
